-allow SQUALIO to answer your questions and provide you with information regarding the e-   learning platform and its courses;

-provide technical support to customers;

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA?

The data controller responsible for processing this data is either natural or legal person who has entered into an agreement with SQUALIO by signing the agreement and accepting all terms and conditions available on the website in order to receive the Services provided by SQUALIO.

Employees of SQUALIO who have access to personal data are obliged to process this data in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy (for example, to use the obtained personal data only for purposes related to the provision of services to the customer, if such service is requested).

Only duly appointed and duly authorized employees of SQUALIO can access the data using their user ID and personal password in the respective systems.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT AND COLLECT?

-Customer's contact details-name, surname, business e-mail.

-Registration data-registered username, business e-mail, name, surname / company name.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

We will retain the customer's contact information for as long as required by law and regulation to:

-provide products, services and information that you or your company have requested and purchased from SQUALIO.

-to administer your choices and the rights you have exercised under this Privacy Policy.

HOW CAN YOU ACCESS, VERIFY AND CORRECT YOUR DATA?

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data at any time, to verify the accuracy of the information stored and / or to correct or update this information. You can also request the complete deletion of your personal information if you no longer use the services offered by SQUALIO.

To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before providing information about the personal information you have requested.

If you file a privacy complaint, we will collect your name and / or business name, the name of the person involved in the complaint, your email, the country in which you are located, and the information that was the subject of your complaint.

We will use the information you provide to process your complaint and send you a response as soon as your complaint has been processed.
